We're here to make your life easier to manage and to help you begin your new start.

divorce papers wedding dressWriting for a website that specializes in helping people who decide to file for divorce find a faster solution, I see a lot of things on a daily basis that are crazy, unique, creative, and fun — yes, even when it comes to the end of a relationship. However, I’m not sure what to make from this or what the creator was getting at when she made it.

Described on Imgur as an “art student in the UK,” the unnamed woman chose to make a wedding dress for her final project. But this wedding dress isn’t like one you would buy from a bridal shop, and the materials used to make it may not make you want to go anywhere near a wedding chapel while wearing it.

That’s because the wedding dress is made entirely out of divorce papers.

That’s right.

She was able to craft an entire beautiful gown out of the types of divorce forms that we provide here at MyDivorcePapers.com.

No matter what you think of the finished project, you’ve got to respect the irony as many of the commenters over at Imgur did.

“What about the groom? Does he wear a lawsuit?”

“I feel like it’d be bad luck to wear it.”

“Marriage is the first step towards divorce.”

“Nothing says Forever like being draped in the evidence of 100 failed marriages.”

“What’s next, a coffin made of birth certificates?”

While the project is undeniably cool and artistic, I’m with the people who wouldn’t be going anywhere near this thing if I intended to get married. Call it superstition, but it’s the same reason I’d stay far away from a used wedding set if I was planning on tying the knot. But what do you think, readers?

Is it a-dress-is-a-dress-is-a-dress, or do omens, good and bad, hold any weight when it comes to planning the rest of your life? Sound off in the comments.
