3.Targeted Promotions. Targeted promotions may show up on the MDP Website. You may elect not to give MDP your personal information but please realize that MDP is unable to fulfill your orders or carry out certain services absent your personal knowledge/information. The “help” section of your toolbar will let you know how to choose the option that best fits your needs. IV. THIRD PARTY SITES AND THIRD PARTY ENTITIES
The MDP Privacy policy applies only to MDP. The MDP Privacy Policy does not pertain to other sites accessible from the MDP Website or utilized to visit the MDP Website and does not pertain to the practices of third party entities that MDP does not own or control, including those entities that may advertise on MDP Web site

V. THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN

VI. ADMINISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Removing Your Account. You can delete / cancel your MDP account as specified in the MDP Terms of Use. You may at any time ask MDP to delete / remove your personally identifiable information from the MDP Website by communicating with is at the address designated in Section 8. MDP will deal with your request within thirty (30) days. Please understand that MDP may keep information of an overall general demographic kind- for example your gender and location of residence. Furthermore, transactional information such as the account number, dollar value of the transaction, and credit card approval number will be kept as part of MDP’s overall company records.
